The fine print.
Plain-language terms for the subscription. Short version: 7 days free, then 990 USD a month for unlimited short videos, one at a time, each version in one business day. Cancel anytime, and the videos you approve are yours.
01Who we are
SaaSy Videos is operated by 36.630.875 GONZALO ANDRES ZARIAGA MELLANO, a business registered in Brazil under CNPJ 36.630.875/0001-14. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that business.
02The service
SaaSy Videos makes short videos (product launches, feature releases, ads, case studies and more) from the briefs and materials you send, using AI video models (including AI-generated actors and scenes) and AI voices. You review watermarked samples, ask for changes and approve. Each video is delivered in every size we offer for it (9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9).
03Subscription and payment
New customers start with a 7-day free trial of the full plan, once per customer. You add a card at checkout and aren't charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise your subscription starts when it ends. Videos you approve during the trial are yours, as with any other video.
The subscription costs 990 USD a month, charged in advance to your card through Stripe when your trial ends (or when you subscribe, if you've had a trial before), then on the same day each month until you cancel.
It covers unlimited videos, made one at a time: you can have one order in progress, and approving it lets you start the next. Each video is up to 3 minutes long, with every size included.
Payments are not refunded, including for part of a month.
04Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Manage billing on your orders page, including during the free trial. Your plan stays active until the end of your trial or the month you've paid for. After that you can't start, approve or download new videos, and we stop work on any order in progress.
Videos you approved while subscribed stay yours, and you can still download them.
05Videos and changes
One order is one video, from one brief. Changes within that brief are unlimited until you approve. A new idea, feature, customer story or video is a new order.
We may decline a brief, including videos for regulated financial, health or gambling products, and anything that breaks the rules of the platforms it will run on.
06One-business-day turnaround
Your first sample, and every new version after you ask for changes, is delivered within one business day. Business days are Monday to Friday; public holidays are not excluded. Your order page shows when the next version is due.
The clock runs only while we owe you a version, not while we're waiting on you. It's our service standard: a late version doesn't change the price of your subscription.
07Our right to close orders
We may close an order at any time before you approve it. We close orders after two weeks without a reply from you; you can reopen those from their page while your subscription is active. You'll get an email when an order is closed.
08Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to give us everything you upload or link to (logos, screenshots, footage, reviews, names, photos, voices) and to use it in marketing and advertising, including any permission needed from the people quoted, shown or heard.
Reviews and quotes are used word for word as you provide them, credited. You're responsible for the claims your videos make and for following the advertising rules where they run. Case studies need your customer's permission to use their name, words and results.
09Samples and ownership
Watermarked samples are for review only; don't publish them.
Once you approve a video, you may use it without the watermark for your business, in organic posts and paid ads, for as long as you like, including after you cancel. You keep all rights to your own materials.
We may show finished videos in our portfolio. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we won't.
10AI actors, voice and music
Actors and scenes are generated with AI video models; they are not real people. AI actors present your product. They never pose as your customers or give testimonials, and we don't make the likeness of a real person unless you send their written permission.
Narration is generated with ElevenLabs (model Eleven v4) and speaks for your brand. When it reads a customer's review, it says whose words they are. Music is made with an AI music model.
Some platforms ask you to disclose or label realistic AI-generated content. We'll tell you what in each video is AI-generated; following each platform's rules is up to you.
Want your own voice?
If you have a voice in ElevenLabs, share it with a link (set to anyone with the link) and paste that link in your brief. We'll make your videos with your voice. Only share a voice you have the right to use.
The music is licensed for online and offline advertising and social media. It is not licensed for film, TV or radio broadcast; ask us before using a video there.
11Liability
We make the videos you approve; we don't guarantee any advertising results. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the month before the claim.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute about them is settled by the courts of Brazil. Our service is for businesses, not consumers.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll email you about changes, which apply from your next billing month.
